Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to federal court jurisdiction
- A statement accepting service of process from the original claimant
We will forward your counter-notice to the claimant within 2 business days. If the claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we will restore your content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a three-strike policy for copyright violations:
- 1st Strike: Warning - content removed
- 2nd Strike: 7-day account suspension
- 3rd Strike: Permanent account termination
